Referral services for aging adults 55+ looking to transition to independent living, assisted living, board & care, or memory care. Silver Placements assists with identifying and narrowing down communities based on a medical, financial and social assessment.

We offer placement services to seniors in the San Diego and Temecula areas transitioning to:

  • Independent Living Communities

  • Assisted Living

  • Memory Care Living

  • Board and Care Communities

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Basic needs phone or video assessment

  • List of appropriate settings based on medical, financial, geographic, and social needs

  • Our overview of each community based on our visits and experience

  • We handle scheduling tours of communities that match the clients needs

  • We can accompany you on your community tours to ensure you get the info you need to make a selection

  • Custom “What to Ask” tour checklist to be sure you maximize and streamline your tours

We have established a wide network of communities with a range of services and levels of care at a variety of price points. We do not charge our clients, we receive a referral fee from the community should the client select them. We pride ourselves with providing an unbiased introduction to communities who we truly believe fit the clients needs and wants.
